% of Total Calculation

Has anyone else experienced the % of total function only returning a % of total for current page results.  We have some highly important financial reports in which this is occuring.  Here's a quick example:

We are totaling last months recognized revenue, grouped by parent client. Here's how the results tab lays out:

Field, Summary Type, Function, Formula
Parent Client, Group, empty, empty
Amount (recognized), SUM, % of Total

The % of total on a dashboard displaying 25 results is way off, compared to an export or result set that returns all values in a single view.

Any ideas? I've submitted a support ticket, but haven't heard anything back yet.
