Formula Help - Days between orders

I need help working out how to make a search that will find customers with a sales order created in the last week (7 days) who's next previous sales order in over 1095 days.  So I start with a customer search and set the criteria to Last Order Date within 7 to 1 day ago. Now I assume that I want to set a summery criteria formula. I started out with {transaction.trandate}-{lastoderdate} greater than 1095. But this got me anyone with any transaction over that limit.
