Trouble Differentiating "Events" from "Cases" in a Saved Search
I'm having an issue where I can't differentiate between a case and an event in saved searches. It looks like when a case is created the Activity Type field is blank. Once an event is created on a case a new record appears in the saved search with the type as "Event." BUT, the type field on that existing case goes from blank to being "event" as well. When a phone call is added, another new record appears in the search, this one as "Phone Call."
So how can I only show the case itself and phone calls in my saved search if Netsuite switches the Activity Type field to "Event"?
