Items not purchased before?

Hi all, I am trying to figure out a way to create a saved search that would show a list of items that have available quantities filtered by customer that they have not purchased before. In other words, we would like to be able to send a list of items that have available quantities to our customer that they have not purchased before. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
