Statistics Functions in Saved Searches?

edited Jan 3, 2020 1:01AM in Search / Reporting 3 comments

Hello -

I am trying to write a search displaying, for all POs, the average time from date created to when a certain field is set (a custom field we have storing DS tracking number information). I have this working, grouping the data by the vendor on the PO, and calculating an average of the differences between {systemnotes.date} and {datecreated}.

However, this average can be skewed wildly by the odd PO where someone simply failed/forgot to enter the data in the field at the correct time. I would like to exclude these data outliers. Standard deviation would likely accomplish this in some manner, or at least provide some more insight, but unfortunately I do not know of a function that can be used to this purpose in NetSuite.

Howdy, Stranger!
