Create Project View for Employee Center

Hi all,

I'm looking to create a view of active projects and project tasks for all our employee center users; they need to be able to request to be assigned to projects where they are not currently assigned. I've thought about a request form, but in the interim, at least being able to see the open projects and tasks would be a good start.

We're relatively new to NetSuite, so apologies if this is a noob question, but there are some things that are incredibly simple and other things that are incredibly inscrutable about this system. Modifying existing centers is one of the latter.
