Multi-Layered Commissions
Hello,
Anyone have any experience setting up multi-layered commissions in NetSuite?
I'm trying to set up our first commission plan and it looks like:
(Calculated on Gross Profit, per period (month), per billing)
~10% commission on gross profit per period, plus a "performance kicker" of:
~An additional 8% commission on gross profit between $30,000 - $49,999 or
~An additonal 9% commission on gross profit between $30,000 - $74,999 or
~An additional 10% commission on gross profit between $30,000 - $100,000
So, if a salesperson has $55,000.00 in gross profit in July, they will get paid 10.5% on $55,000.00 ($5,775.00) AND 9% on $25,000 ($2,250.00) - the difference between $30,000.00 (performance kicker level) and $55,000.00 (total gross profit).
Any clues as to the best way to set this up???
