Send Scheduled Saved Search Email Alert 3 Business Days Before End of Month

Email will be scheduled to run daily (business days only) but will only send when their are results which will only happen when current system date falls within 3 business days before end of month with the following assumptions: [INDENT]1. If LAST DAY OF SYSTEM DATE MONTH is SUNDAY, will send email results PREVIOUS WEEK WEDNESDAY
2. If LAST DAY OF SYSTEM DATE MONTH is MONDAY, will send email results PREVIOUS WEEK THURSDAY
3. If LAST DAY OF SYSTEM DATE MONTH is TUESDAY, will send email results PREVIOUS WEEK FRIDAY
4. If LAST DAY OF SYSTEM DATE MONTH is WEDNESDAY, will send email results SAME WEEK MONDAY
