Commissions on Booked not Billed Revenue

I am trying to come up with a schedule to pay sales reps commission based on booked revenue.  Booked revenue is basically performance based revenue in a month.  ie  Contract is 10 months for $100,000.  The billing schedule might be 30K up front and 70K straight line over the next 9 months. 

Month one - 8K is booked - need to pay commissions on 8K
Month two- 12K is booked - need to pay commissions on 12K
etc etc

Each month a performance number is applied.

Any ideas on how to set up a commission schedule for this scenario?
