Target Factor Commission

Anyone using the Target Factor feature when setting up commissions? Doesn't appear to be calculating properly, but I wanted to see if someone else uses it and it works for them.

Commission on - Quota (ASA Amount)
per - Period - Quarterly
Calculation Scale - Linear
Rate - Target Factor
Target Amount - 10,000
Manager Schedule - Yes
