Previously Authorized
On our approve commission screen we have many many records that show a negative amount to be authorized, I have checked the transactions and there have been no returns. However the previously authorized field shows that it has been paid in the past. We use sales as the type for commissions and the calculations are correct but I am not sure why the system would be generating commission claw backs.
