Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Linear (Target Factor) Commission Defect w/ Quota?
We had a Netsuite rep tell us that there's a defect with trying to setup a commission schedule based on quota w/ the following settings:
Commission on: Quota (Sales Amount)
per: Quarterly (fiscal year)
Categorized by: blank
Eligible Amount: Billings
Calculation Scale: Linear
Rate: Target Factor
Target Amount: $1000
If % of Quota Met 0 ==> then Commission Total = 0.0
If % of Quota Met 80 ==> then Commission Total = 0.8
If % of Quota Met 100 ==> then Commission Total = 1.0
If % of Quota Met 120 ==> then Commission Total = 1.2
If % of Quota Met 150 ==> then Commission Total = 1.5
If we assume that sales quota for this quarter is $100K, and the sales amount is $119K. The quota calculated should be $1000 (i.e. 1.0 * $1000). However, the quota amount that Netsuite is calculating is $1190 (i.e. 1.19 * $1000).
