Kits - 2 frustrations...
1. "On hand" ALWAYS is ZERO. This is "as designed", according to the CSR, after having looked at previous cases. We work around this issue by having our sales orders display "Available" instead of "On Hand". For Kits, this adds a crucial benefit because for Kits, "Available" means "buildable". Yippee!
... except when I get to the Item fulfillment screen, my only option is "On Hand". Thus, it is always ZERO for KITS. This gives my warehouse guys no clue as to whether they can actually fulfill the order. Why can't we have the choice of adding "Available" to the screen, or using "Available" in addition to "On Hand"?
