Quantity on Hand doesn't match Serial Numbers on Hand?

Good Morning all,

Just wanted to see if anyone else has identified any issues with Serialized Inventory Items having a discrepancy between the Quantity on Hand under the Inventory Tab and the Serial Numbers on Hand under the Serial Numbers Tab?  We have one item that has a negative 10 units showing as on hand but we have 14 units with serial numbers listed under the serial numbers tab.  The 14 units are made up of 6 units that we received back in via an RMA and the other 8 units are from a recent receipt of a PO.  We have logged Case
