We can't tell reliably what items need to be ordered to satisfy Back Orders.
Here's a typical problem Item:
Quantity On Order = 2
Quantity On Backorder = 2
There are no open Purchase Orders for this Item.
The Item does not appear in Transactions>Open Items
As you can see this is a known issue with a feature that is very important to us.
The Issue and Case are about three weeks old.
I just spent 25 minutes on the phone waiting for customer support and was cut off with "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable" - click.
