Linking serial #'s and the customers who purchased them
It's really a scheme I need broader than that.
Basically, when I see a S/N, I want to be able to click on it and know its location.
If we sold that S/N to a customer, then I want to see that information on the screen. Further, I want to know when it was purchased, for how much, the support/warranty coverage purchased along with it (if at all).
It would be great if the reverse of this is also possible. For example, I look up a customer and see which products they have purchased along with serial numbers
