Inventory Worksheet Valuations Broken (Again) in 11.0.6?

I am seeing inventory worksheet calculations that once again appear incorrect (thought we had fixed these 6-9 months ago).

Looking at the worksheet (view or edit), the differences between the "Value as of Date Above" and "New Value" do not add up to the "Estimated Total Value" at the top of the worksheet.

Digging in further, the "GL Impact" does show numbers that add up to the "Estimated Total Value", but again, these do not match what I see on the inventory worksheet.

As was happening a year ago, the problems center around the "Value as of Date Above Amounts" which appear incorrect.
