Prepaid Inventory

Hello,

We have recently begun using Netsuite and are trying to determine the best process for recognizing our prepaid inventory. 

Our inventory is prepaid via wire transfer, and we are trying to find a method allowing us to create an asset (prepaid inventory) when the cash is expended.  We would appreciate any suggestions from those in the same position.
