Vendor Minimum Dollar Requirement on PO's

We have some vendors who don't want to receive a purchase order from us unless it meets a specified dollar minimum.  Is there any place in NetSuite that will save this minimum dollar amount, and if we create a PO that doesn't meet it, NetSuite will notify us?
