????? HELP! :S I don't know what's going on with the inventory management!

On one of our items, we have this quantities:

On Hand = 2
Committed = 3
BackOrder = 3

And when I go to the "Reallocate Item" screen it shows:

Quantity Committed = 0 
Quantity Required = 5

Why is this happening????
Any comment or help is welcome!
