COGS - Need to do Price Level - Name

I need to do a breakdown report of the COGS by price level name since our distributors and retail customers both use the same inventory id's.

I am able to do it in sales from the income statement with no problem, but when I try to customize the COGS it just brings up the column, but no information in it?

Is there another area to do a report that would match what's on the income statement and do a price level breakdown by name? And yes I did check to make sure the price level names are in the items.
