Multiple Purchase Prices on Items

Need help entering multiple purchase prices on items on the vendor side, not customer side.  For example, we purchase 1 widget for $10.00 each, 4 widgets for $7.50 each.  When the purchase order generates it always shows a price of $10.  How can we change our automatically generated purchase orders to show the qty 4 pricing?  There is only one purchase price on the item numbers to enter, not a multiple quantity pricing.
