Inventory transfers and shipping

Not sure if there is some way to do this, but I can't find it. 

We will be transferring inventory around a lot next year, every week shipping product off to 30-50 locations.  I would like to enter the inventory transfer record in NetSuite and also create the UPS shipping labels and have everything tied together.

Anyone doing this?  Is there a way in NetSuite?  If not, I will enter an ER for this.
