Changing Rates in Item Receipt
I'm having difficulty finding where to change roles so that they can see/edit the Rate field in Item Receipts. The roles have Full access for Item Receipts, but only the Administrator can see the Rate field. From the Costing Methods docs, it says this is possible:
If you change the cost on the vendor bill, the item costing is not updated because the costing sources the receipt that brought the items into inventory. You need to update the cost shown on the item receipt to update the item costing.
Is there something else I should be looking for?
