Inventory valuation errors

We have a problem with determing the correct total inventory valuation. I transferred inventory from one location to another and all the product was fulfilled, but the valuation still shows the full amount ($1422 in this case). When I run an inventory valuation report, it shows up has having 0 on hand and $1422 in valuation.

This is obviously wrong, how can I get this corrected?
