Changing a receipt price in advanced inventory module

I received a purchase order at the wrong price.  The material I received has serial numbers attached to it.  When I tried to edit the price on the receipt, it said the serial numbers were already in stock, and asked if I wanted to receive.

How can I change the price on a receipt without duplicating the serial numbers on hand.
