HELP! Fulfilling Kits not Depleting Inventory Value on General Ledger!

In the end of January to the beginning of February last year we switched from selling, adding to sales orders, assemblies and switched all over to Kits.

Apparently at that same time when we fulfill the kits our inventory is depleting the assemblies and inventory items that are the members of the kits yet the amount(Value) for inventory on my dashboard and in the General Ledger report is unchanged. These two values have only been increasing over time from the switch to kits as I received more items into inventory.
