"Only 1 available. Please reduce your order."

Set up kits containing non-inventory items on our web store.

When folks try to order more than one, they get the message "Only 1 available. Please reduce your order."

Why is that? A non-inventory item shouldn't necessarily have a limit of 1.

This appears to be a new behavior. In the past, people were able to order multiple kits from us. I believe it might have something to do with quantity discount schedules. However, if we try to apply a quantity discount schedule to these kits, we're unable to save the item record for the kit.
