Inventory changing on it's own.

I am sorry if this is a repost, I have searched for similar threads without any luck.

Has anyone else experienced spontaneous inventory changes? It seems every week I have to count our products, adjust half the items to put them where they should be, then by the end of the week they are off again. I monitor the outgoing product very very closely and Im sure we have very very little if any shrinkage. So I am left with Netsuite adjustment's not properly placing values. 80% of the adjustments are adding to inventory products that seemed to have been removed from inventory or as I will state at the end of this post, not going into
