Creating a Custom Lot Record -- Any Issues?

[*]Inventory Items
[*]Assembly Items
[*]PO Receipts
[*]SO Fulfillments
[*]Inventory Transfers[/LIST]Has anyone done this?
Do you see any major gotchas?
