Matrix problem - option selected but NetSuite says they aren't!

I'm getting this error:

The following matrix subitems exist but aren't included in the options you just specified. On the Matrix tab, please make sure the options you select include all existing subitems: ETCG-LMBR-9



It's driving me nuts.  I have the option it's complaining about selected and it just keeps giving this error.  Has anyone else experienced this?
