SWE version Item Catagory, Term License

edited Nov 26, 2019 8:41AM in Accounting / ERP 2 comments

We are a software company just now setting up our items. We want to use the Catagory Term License, but when pricing it appears you must give it a monthly rate instead of an annual rate.

We could enter prices in terms of month rather than annual, but it would be ugly.  We have thousands of subscriptions at $995.  That works out to $82.91666666666666666666 per month.  If you just put in 82.91 per month it works out to 994.92 per year. Which then throws everything off.

Does our sales team have to really sit there and have to figure out a monthly rate with a calculator? We traditionally have sold our subscriptions at 995/year.

Howdy, Stranger!
