Advanced Inventory not Working?

We're having a problem with reorder point not being auto-calculated even though there is plenty of transaction history - this is the main reason the module was purchased, so it's rather frustrating for our client to have it completely not working. I have reproduced in two sample accounts as well.

I contacted NS support, and they said there was an issue for it, but it sounds like only a few other accounts have reported the problem. Case #817345 and issue #153162.

Is it still working for others? Why isn't this a higher priority? If it's still working for you, can you tell me when you enabled and what your settings are so that we may be able to find a workaround?
