Inventory of supplies - best practice to update?
Obviously there are inventory items that are updated through sales transactions and NetSuite (for the most part) keeps things up to date and working well.
I would like to manage our supplies and other consumables that we don't sell, things like rolls of tape, boxes, bubble wrap, shipping labels, soap, toner, etc. I already have most of these items in NetSuite for purchasing reasons, but we don't have any official method to keep our inventory levels up to date as we never sell these items.
We are a small-ish company and there is no one here with experience in this area.
