Inventory Management Preferences not working correctly
Inventory Management Preferences are INCORRECTLY calculating Preferred Stock Level and Reorder Point.
We have Inventory Management Preferences in use to auto-calculating our Reorder Points and Preferred Stock Level on inventory items.
Our Inventory Management Preferences have:
Default Lead Time 7 Days
Default Safety Stock 10 Days
Default Preferred Stock Level 60 Days
Order Analysis Interval 3 Months
Seasonal Analysis Interval 3 Months
Estimated Demand Change 0.0%
Transactions to Consider Orders
Here is the problem... stock levels are not being set back to zero (0) when an item has no activity for over 3 months.
I have items which inventory stock levels were auto-calculated in 2007... no activity since and still they have stock points.
