COGS calcs "disabled"? Preventing an audit!

Anybody know what this is? It seems to be disabling our Inventory Worksheets from working, so we cannot complete our Audit! When we put in a worksheet, the quantities simply do not stick!

As of December 31, 2006
Cost of Goods Sold calculations have encountered an unexpected condition and have been disabled. Transactions on or after 1/1/2004 may be affected. The values on this report may be incorrect. Please contact technical support.



Basically, the system seems to be ignoring our workheets..Support said it *may* be related to defect #165726, about COGS recalculation, but I have little faith that that will fix it.
