Update Pricing Automatically?!?!

All items in our system have 5 price levels.  I have added custom item fields where each item has a "Markup%" entered and all prices are determined based on that markup and corresponding precentages on other price levels.  Prices are updated through csv import.  Or, if manually adding a new item, the 5 prices levels are calculated and displayed in custom price fields, so we know what prices to fill in on Price tab price level fields.  It would be wonderful if I could automatically update the actual pricing fields used by NetSuite rather than my custom fields.  I don't
