Item Selected has not been Distributed

Hello there need help!

We have a vendor item "A".

When we created the purchase order, the message shows below:

"The item you selected has not been distributed as of the date of this transaction. Consequently any location associated with the item will be erased when the transaction is saved."

We proceed with the PO anyway. The Inventory report doesn't show item "A" as "Ordered". On Hand is "NULLL".

Now, we received the PO. The Inventory report doesn't show item "A" Quantity "On Hand".

How do we fix this? Please help. Thank you so much!
