Multi Locations and Advanced Inventory

Currently the ROP and PSL auto-calc feature with advanced inventory pulls its info from billed line items by shipping location. We're a company with 9 locations trying to place inventory where it best services customers in each of our 9 regions. Inevitably we'll end up shipping some line items from one location's region into another, but the auto-calc simply tells the shipping location region to stock more rather than looking at the region where product has been shipped into and telling that location to stock more. I'm not sure of a workaround (tell me if I'm wrong), but want to
