Need to know cost of inventory - wholesale and retail $...help!

I need to get the valuation of inventory in both wholesale dollars and retail dollars.  I found the "Inventory Valuation" report, however that only gives me the wholesale value of my inventory.  I need to know the retail value.  I tried customizing the report but it is over my head.  Does anyone know how I can get the retail amount of my inventory?
