Problem with Landed Costs

We use Landed Costs for all our Container Unpacking & Duty Charges.  We have just noticed that if the goods are Transferred to a different Warehouse(using multiwarehouses) after the Landed Charges have been entered these charges don’t move with the Goods, they stay under the original warehouse.  Problem being when the products quantity on hand is showing 0 available in original warehouse there is still a $ amount in the Value field.  Our stock values are now wrong.  Not sure how to get rid of this amount or transfer it to the correct warehouse.
