bar code scan to default to sales order fulfillment screen?
Does anyone have a trick for having the bar code scan from a pick ticket go directly to the fulfillment screen for that sales order? Bar code of the sales order is printed on the pick ticket and can read it just fine, in global search or fulfillment queue. However, we would like the fulfillment button on a sales order be part of the suffix of a scan. This way, the user scans the pick ticket for an order and the fulfillment record opens.
The enter suffix did not work on the fulfillment queue screen as the enter key processes a blind fulfillment. not good.
