Determining Demand / Inventory Usage

I'd like to get a report that would allow me to see the quantity of inventory leaving a given location for a given time period. This is very useful for projecting Min/Max levels and seasonal ordering.

The closest canned Netsuite report is the Inventory Activity Detail. However, this doesn't fully summarize what I need, because it takes into account inventory INPUTS like Item Receipts. I have to sit there with a calculator to filter out the Item Receipts.

The Item Forecast report looked promising, but it doesn't take into account Assembly Builds.

I started creating a saved search (on transactions) to give me this information, but I realized it is a more complicated problem than I originally thought. For example, there are a multitude of transactions that can remove inventory from our stock. Normally for us it is an Item Fulfillment, but you can also remove inventory via a Cash Sale or an Invoice.

Howdy, Stranger!
