Non-Inventory Item for Resale

Hi All,

I want to resell a non-inventory item from a vendor & make 15% on it.  The item is a service, so I chose to use Non-inventory for Resale.   I want it to generate both related revenue & cost entries at the same time. ( ie every time i invoice a unit at $100 revenue, I want it to record $85 as cost & Payable.  

If i use the Non-invt for resale, when I sell the item it records properly, but no entry is auto generated for the cost side.   Looks like I have to manually remember to generata a PO, select the resale item manually, then follow the workflow.:( ....This is not what i am after.   Every time i sell the item I want the related liabilty recorded automatically......  Am I missing something ?
