Picking Slip always showing all original items ordered?

edited Nov 26, 2019 8:39AM in Accounting / ERP

Can anyone help with the below problem I am starting to find ourselves with?

Our business if growing and we are finding that Netsuite is starting to slow down the process that we use for shipping orders and using the picking slip system. Currently our system uses the following way of processing orders. Bear in mind that we are generally dealing with the same customers on a weekly basis (Approx 550 accounts) and only opening up new accounts probably 5 a month. So, currently our system is processed as follows:

Customer places an order with us for example 10 different product codes
Out of these 10 product codes, we have 6 available in stock and the other 4 are placed on backorder.

Howdy, Stranger!
