Is there any way to adjust Quantity on Order ?

How can I adjust/rectify Quantity on Order to correct quantity in inventory record?

Reason why I am asking is because I have modify a PO and back date transaction to prior to Distribution Date.

Quantity on Order in Item is 2 and is still showing in new Location. (ok)
Delete the PO with back dated transaction.

Quantity on Order in Item is 2 and is still showing in new Location, even though PO has been deleted. (not ok).
There are no PO or existing record to reconcile with the quantity in the system.

Expected result should be Quantity on Order in PO = 0 since, transaction has been deleted.
