How to I set the tax code based on item record for Sales order

How to I set the tax code based on item record for Sales order?

At the moment it is basing the tax code based on the default on the customer record, I would prefer if the tax code for each sales order line was based on the tax code set on the item record.
(I am using advance taxing).
