Anyone else noticing Advanced Bin Management issues?

We are experience a major issue related to the 2011.2 upgrade.  We are using Advanced Inventory Management.  On Saturday Advanced Bin/Numbered Inventory Management was turned on.

On Sunday it was noticed our Bin On-hand quantities were significantly increased.  Several items had Bin “On-Hand” quantities jump by hundreds and thousands of unites. E.g., the Location Total of 9 is reporting total ”on-hand” in bins of 41,655.

Anyone else having issues?
