Integration Issue - Sales history for purchasing

We're working on the migration right now and one issue i haven't been able to resolve is how we're going to do purchasing with no sales history. 

What is the best way for someone at my point (not live) to bring over some type of sales history so we can start using netsuite with some realistic forecasting?
