Error - can't have more than 4 non-zero pricing levels... HELP

Hello,

I am trying to create a discount schedule for some of my vendors, however i have about a dozen price breaks for the item.  Whenever I add more than 4 I get an error. 

I figure there must be a setting somewhere in the system that will allow me to have more breaks.  Any idea where/how i can do this?
